Ibanez S7420FM 2x12 loaded with Weber Silver Bell(Hemp+Paper) 0:15 ch1(clean)-default 0:41 ch2(drive)-default, hi-cut=0(off) 1:00 hi-cut=1 1:18 ch1 2:00 ch1-PULL=BRIGHT 2:35 ch2-default 2:52 ch2-PULL=BOOST Marshall JCM800 2203 の改造例です。 ■仕様 1.方向性はSilver Jubilee。本家はプリ管3本で歪みはダイオードのところ、プリx1増設してちゃんと真空管で歪ませる。 2.ch1/2。FSWで切り替え可能。ch2時にLED点灯 3.PostPI Stereo MASTER,Send/Return 4.Pentode(100W)/Triode(50W) 使用した5Vリレーは3個。専用電源トランス装備によりノイズ無し。 ■ch1 割とミッド豊富なカリっとしたサウンドですが、GAIN=PULLでBRIGHTとなるようにしています。ミッド～ハイミッド抜きで、ハイエンドまで伸び切ったFenderぽくなります。 ■ch2 GAIN=PULLで20dBブースト。PUSH/MAXが、だいたいPULL=centerと同等。 BrightCap付いてるのでGAIN位置によってローカットの効きが変わります。このためブーストがあると、適度なローカット/ゲインの組み合わせが選べるので便利です。 ■ch2_Presence TONE共通の場合、ch1/2でサウンドのバランス取るのが課題になります。このためch2のみに効くプレゼンス（ハイカット）を装備。 ところでJubileeの歪みはハイがよく伸びていますが、ハイがうるさくてTREBLE=4以上に出来ない、という方も多いようです。このため音楽的な意味でも、有効となるようハイカット設定しています。 Marshall JCM800 2203 mod example. ---Specification--- 1.Silver Jubilee, without a diode distortion. 1x12AX7 stage added. 2.ch1/2, FootSW controlable, LED=ON with ch2. 3.PostPI Stereo MASTER,Send/Return 4.Pentode(100W)/Triode(50W) Total 5V relay quantity=3pcs, driven by a tiny TX inside. ---Ch1--- Default has plenty of mid-himid range. It's good for Slash, but I installed PUSH/PULL Pot to allow PULL=BRIGHT. It sounds like very smooth widerange Fender. ---Ch2--- GAIN chages the charactor with its position (low-cut degree), so I installed PUSH/PULL Pot, to allow 20dB boost. It will be much easier to take the GAIN/Low-cut balance. ---Ch2 Presence--- The fatal subject for unindependent ch is taking both balance. So I installed presence(Hi-Cut) 3way_SW works only with Ch2. BTW some says Jubilee is harsh and cannot dial TREBLE more than 4, but this hi-cut allows smoother, sweeter overdrive sound.
