My love of bread is going to the next level! A slightly different video from me this week, which I hope you all enjoy! I have listed all ingredients and a step by step guide below if you want to have a go at making a white loaf ( trust me you won’t be disappointed). See you all in my next video! George x -- Ingredients -- - Flour (Strong White for a White Loaf) - Water 300 Ml - Sachet of Yeast - ½ tsp Salt - 1 tsp Olive Oil Step By Step Guide - In a Large Bowl Mix together the flour, salt and yeast - Carefully measure the water and roughly mix into the flour - While the dough is still quite wet add the olive oil then knead for 5-10 mins - Leave the dough in a bowl in a warm dry place for minimum 1 hour - After 1 hour put the dough on a floured surface and knead again then place in a tin for another 45 mins - Preheat the oven to 200c - Bake the bread in the oven for 40 mins until golden.
